Behind The Cover

By Anthony Ehlers

I drew this picture of B-Way while I was mourning.

I poured my pain and sadness into it.

I wanted to convey who B-Way was, his smile, his serious side. He was a beautiful person, and that’s what I wanted people to see.

The clock is at 4:10 p.m, the time he died.

The gears are the wheels of time that keep on turning.

He is gone, and the closing of Stateville is a part of his legacy.
